Very effective for bank batteries,
Even if it's cloudy.

I suggest it is a good device.
It's been about a year of testing,
And frankly it's awesome.
(Functional plus even when moderate rain,
Waterproof, just protects the electric/electronic connection from rain, so as not to damage it.
Works very all day in summer peak
